Spring and autumn are periods that are specific to the durability test of roofs of our homes. Variable weather will cause roof tiles to be kept in good condition after several years.

The characteristic feature of tiles is its porosity. Thanks to micropores, this material absorbs moisture. Another problem is the penetration of moisture and impurities, such as soot, dust, gas, that remains in the roofing structure. Many of these factors, combined with changing temperatures, rainfall and snow, have a negative effect on the condition of tiles.

Very often we have to deal with greening of roofs, that results from the growth of unwanted living organisms such as mosses, lichens, fungi. By unwanted UV radiation, the color becomes pale and in time very dirty.

The beneficial effect of impregnation

We recommend regular cleaning and protection of tiles with special impregnation, that brings many advantages, extends the condition of roof coverage for many years.

Impregnated tiles has a strong hydrophobic characteristic, so it repels the water, an absorption and accumulation of dirt is significally reduced.

Step I

Cleaning tiles with a suitable pressure with an addition of a cleaning formula, that neutralizes surface dirt, including mosses, algae, fungi, lichens.

Step II

Treatment of tiles with a suitable surfactant that penetrates deep into a surface and neutralizes growth of algae, moss, fungi and lichens, and fights against the formation of new germs inside a tile.

Step III

Check and Replacement of damaged roof tiles and roof insulation.

Step IV

Double impregnation of tiles wet to wet.

The cost of the service includes: washing, cleaning and twice impregnating tiles, price depended on materials used. Cost for complex service together with materials. Each roof is charged individually.
