Step I

Washing the tile with pressure water with the addition of a chemical base that neutralizes and softens impurities including mosses, lichens and fungi.

Step II

Chemistry penetrates deep under the surface of tiles, neutralizing algae, mosses, fungi and lichens. It blocks the creation of new ones and also serves as a deep penetrating primer, which increases the adhesion of the paint to tiles.

Step III

Windows, chimneys, baskets and places that may be exposed to unwanted painting must be secured before painting the roof. Painting at critical locations is performed with a brush or roller, otherwise spraypainted.

Step IV

The use of biocides in solvent-based coatings and their high quality with high content of resins and solids ensures long-term release of substances that neutralize the deposition of impurities, mosses and fungi.

Step V

Tinting tiles by a high pressure 230 bar hydrodynamic aggregate. This method will provide coverage of every gap and chink of roof tile.

Step VI

Applying the lacquer of the second and last leveling layer will ensure the smoothing of the porous tile surface and provide a smooth and consistent surface of the roofing.
