Cleaning and painting of sheet metal roofs

Phase I

Sheet metal roofing uses active emulsifying agents and corrosion inhibitors to neutralize all impurities upon contact with water is fully biodegradable.

Phase II

Pressure washing with high pressure of up to 300 bar. Free paint, greasy dirt and old oxidized coatings are released with this technique.

Phase III

Possible local mechanical cleaning of rust with steel brush.

Phase IV

Windows, chimneys, baskets and places that may be exposed to unwanted painting must be secured and covered before roof painting. Painting at critical locations is performed with a brush or roller.

Phase V

Local corrosion spots are performed with a base paint (does not apply to industrial primary colors that closes anti-corrosion pigments)

Phase VI

First coat of paint with RAL color selected (available in 215 colors, you can choose in visualization or in our gallery)

Phase VII

Addition of the second coat in the same color to achieve optimal layer thickness for the selected paint system.

Our warranty period for all works and materials is for 24-60 months, depending on the materials used and the condition of the roof before a renovation is performed. Each contract is settled or appointed individually.
