To protect your roof tile against dirt perfectly, a nanohydrophobic solvents and biocides-containing preservatives should be used. Only such products can effectively protect the roof against mowing, algae and fungi. Impregnation by silicone, siloxane and water do not meet our requirements. As a professional supplier we do not use water and pseudo-ecological products that are characterized by very low or even negligible protection.

Phase I

To check a technical condition of the roofing.

Phase II

Application of surface active emulsion on a roof, that penetrates deep into the tiles and neutralizes the seeds of the algae, moss, fungi and lichens, fights the formation of new germs inside the tiles.

Phase III

Removal of all dirt by pressurized water. The pressure of water jet is adjusted so a surface structure of the roof is not damaged.

Phase IV

A replacement of damaged roof tiles - even those where the bags need to be cut according to its shape. Replacement tiles will be charged as the cost of maintenance.

Phase V

Workplace cleanup.
